Evening & Community Host – The Nooq Malmö Do you enjoy meeting people, solving practical problems and creating a welcoming atmosphere? We are looking for an Evening & Community Host who can help our guests feel at home and keep the hotel running smoothly during evenings and weekends. About the role You will be one of the main contact points for our guests. You will support them before, during and after their stay while helping to ensure that the hotel remains safe, tidy and ready to welcome guests. The role is practical and varied. One moment you may be helping a guest check in, and the next you may be preparing a breakfast-to-go, delivering a baby bed or coordinating a maintenance issue. An evening could look like this: Welcome guests and assist with check-in and departure. Answer guest questions by phone, email and through digital booking channels. Manage reservations, help guests with access, keys and practical requests during their stay. Complete evening safety rounds and report any incidents. Keep the reception, lobby and shared areas tidy and welcoming. Arrange a movie night, game night and encourage interaction within our community. Prepare clear handovers for the night team or the next shift. Support with practical hotel tasks when needed.

We are looking for someone who: Who loves people. Are looking for a long time commitment. Enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping guests. Works independently, takes initiative and stays calm under pressure. Communicates clearly in English; Swedish or another language is an advantage. Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most.
